This isn't a case of CNN bias, just a case of CNN stupidity. CNN anchor Kyra Phillips yacked it up with some other girl in the ladies room while President Bush's speech was being aired live. The problem is, Phillips forgot to take off her mic, and the folks in the control room forgot to cut it. The result was that we were treated to girl talk over the President's speech. And speaking about her brother:

"Yeah. He's married, three kids, but his wife is just a control freak."

Steve Doocy and Mike Jerrick just hilariously spoofed it on Fox & Friends, and they along with Kiran Chetry have mocked it all morning, while admitting it does happen to everyone. Though a few words here and there are nothing compared to this lengthy conversation overtop of the President.

The odd thing is that this always happens to CNN during big speeches. Remember when Bush was getting set to do a speech from the Oval office on immigration, and cut to him while he was warming up, making him look like an idiot while he stopped a few words in and looked all around the room.

And who could forget the flashing "X" over Vice President Cheney during a speech he made. You know the incident that someone who answered a phone at CNN defended as "free speech" before the network called it a glitch.
