RightWinged.com: PHOTOS: Duke Lacrosse Stripper Party Photos Exclusively Obtained By NBC

NBC has exlcusively obtained a handful of photos from the off-campus house where the Duke Lacrosse team had a party, and order strippers... excuse me "exotic dancers". As you know one of the "dancers" claims to have been gang raped by 3 players.

Unless you've been in a closet, you know that this case seems shakier by the day, and all that has been done so far is that the reputations of the men involved have been ruined.

So far we've had DNA tests that failed to link the accused to the accuser. We've had eyewitnesses who saw the accuser shortly after the alleged rape say that she didn't mention it, and others that saw her passed out drunk. We have the other "dancer" who didn't witness a rape, and (I believe last I saw) doesn't believe she was. We have (supposedly) photos showing the dancer with bruises and scratches at the party, before the alleged rape. Today we learn that (according to the defense) one of the accused has receipts and eyewitnesses placing him away from the house at the time of the alleged rape, plus an ATM surveillance photo. Of course many of these things are yet to be proven, and the place is the court room, but my gut tells me that the defense wouldn't reach so far if they couldn't deliver.

While I find these "crime of the week" type stories very unimportant and uninteresting, I know many are interested, so I figured I'd post on this evening's development. Hopefully now I can go back to trying to ignore this story, although I'm sure it's like Christmas for Larry King and Greta Van Susteren, so you can gorge yourself on this story for the next year if you feel like wasting your time focused on 4 people who's lives don't affect you, in a world of 6 billion.
