This is hilarious! Supreme Court proceedings bore Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg to sleep! Even funnier is the paragraph this paragraph that describes the non-incident, and how her colleagues basically look at her but seem to not want to disturb her. Haha, this is just too weird.

The subject matter was extremely technical, and near the end of the argument Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg dozed in her chair. Justices David Souter and Samuel Alito, who flank the 72-year-old, looked at her but did not give her a nudge.

By the way, many are wondering if this would get just the passing "who cares" mention it is getting if it were one of the conservative justices...
