Clinton Does the Monkey

We've all seen the photos of President Bush, taken at just the right time, and then spread all over the internet with less than clever "ape" and "monkey" jokes. Photos like this:

Well, Clinton, unaware that people use the "looks like a monkey" stuff to mock Bush, was reported to have shouted,
"Hey guys, I can look like a monkey better than Bush... check me out", just before doing this...

I used to do a little TV work in high school, and the cool thing about it was if you view someone talking frame-by-frame, they make some really goofy faces. Once, I recorded some lightning strikes, slowed the tape down and saw one that looked like a mushroom cloud! Amazing what you can do with minor video-editing ability; y'know, like making famous people look like imbeciles.
